I am wondering does MTR units still catering to travel nurses because the COVID has been phased out? without having much demand from nurses, how this MTR business is doing for investors? 

I came across in rent to retirement podcast that there is a 5% downpayment option for investment properties from a credit union. Does anyone know the name of credit union and used it for lending to buy investment property?

I was suggested by an attorney firm free consultation that it would be better for my situation to create a GP in Wyoming and then that GP holding rental properties in other states as LPs. I am wondering if there are any good resources that I can do this by myself to save huge legal fees for this task.

I have one rental property long term buy and hold property so far in my portfolio. I want to learn nuts and bolts of STR investment as I am looking to venture into vacation market areas in next year. please share any good educational/informative resources needed to set up and self-manage STR properties from distance. I am looking information in areas of hosting, furnishing, finding local cleaners in long distance self management of the property.

I am wondering if one can usually find off-market deals in vacation market areas or those properties need to be purchased only thru MLS for fair market value?
