@Jerryll Noorden I would add that everyone has to do there 1st deal. And everyone won’t have the luxury of only working with experienced savvy investors.

Hi Hassan. Welcome down. I have house-hacked here in south FL as well. Is there a particular part of Miami that you're thinking about? I could recommend a few areas if needed

 My primary job  office will be in Medley.  I was told a lot of my colleagues live north of there. But I'm still learning the layout of area so I'm open to suggestions. I would like a reasonable commute if possible.
