I am wondering about how lengthy was the journey to convert 1M Cash into 10 M in assets through BRRR strategy? I am curious on learning about other people journey.

@Kaz M. : Certainly . Startups are tough but I went through an incubator ( YC) which helped us a lot. We were the right people at the right time with the right product, so it all worked out well

@Christian Hutchinson - Thanks that's a good tip. What about alarms ? Is it better to have motion sensor lights or lights that are on 24/7 ? I am more inclined towards motion sensor because they have more impact.

@Moonhee Kim - Oakland is not bad either. I lived across from Lake Merritt for few weeks and that area is fairly okayish since it provides direct access to the highway.

I certainly agree with you here. Plus with the amount of cash generated by tech startups and founders appetite for negative cashflow balance sheets, things get complicated for traditional investors.  

If you have a cashflow property, you would do fine even in down economy or may be do better because people cant afford houses
