Hi, I am part of a group that owns a multi-story office building in the Lincoln Nebraska CBD. We have been considering turning the building into an office condo situation and selling each floor individually. However, none of us has undergone this process before so, I would love to talk to someone who has some experience doing this type of conversion.

If you have some experience in this area and wouldn’t mind me picking your brain a bit, please reach out and say hello.

Thank you very much!

Post: Looking for tips/suggestions for leasing downtown office space

I have some colleagues who are involved with The Federal Trust Building in downtown Lincoln (134 S. 13th Street). They currently have some office space available and I thought I would see if I can help them by reaching out to the local BP community and see if any of you had any suggestions or can be of some assistance.

I know they are already working with an agent to lease the space but I thought if someone has or knows of a business that might be looking for some really nice downtown office space, this could be a great fit. Also, if you are a broker (or anyone for that matter) this could be a great opportunity to bring a tenant to the building and make a nice commission (or a finder’s fee).

I saw that the building is posted on loopnet if you would like to get more info. So, if you or someone you know is interested in leasing some office space, just contact the broker.

If you have any leasing suggestions or tips that you think might help, I'd love to be able to pass them along.

Thank you
