@Daniel Hyman thanks for your time an advice!!

@Chris Porter I was thinking the same. Just wanted confirmation. Don’t want to mess myself up on first property.

So I just purchased my first rental. I was curious should I open a separate bank account for this property/ future properties in the and keep it seperate from my personal at this time? I've bought this property in my personal name. Eventually I'll start an LLC once I purchase a few properties and of course the LLC would have its own account. Just not sure best course for personal account at this time. Thanks in advance

@Luke R. Thanks for the advice. I wasn't sure how difficult it would be later to transfer them over to an LLC. I work for a local home builder and will be buying new homes at a discounted price. And renting them for a few years before selling them. I like the idea of the LLC just wasn't sure how banks are about lending money to them vs a person.

I'm about to start buying rental properties. I'm buying my first this year and will be adding more next year. Should I start an LLC? Will it be harder to get traditional loans for rentals through an LLC? Or should I buy personally and transfer them later to an LLC once I've acquired a few?? I know this subject has been beat to death but some guidance would be appreciated.
