Managing a property for a family member that does not live in town. Looking for reasonably priced contract work. Feel free to shoot suggestions of people/companies or if you would be able to come and take a look at the house yourself, feel free to direct message me. The house is located in Oak Cliff, Texas.

Is it possible to find ON market properties through the MLS that have already been rehabilitated, and are ready to rent, and still make a profit on them? What is the likelihood of finding this your of property, and is the MLS a waste of time when trying to find a turnkey property?

@Joshua Moore

I recently joined PropStream, but still learning how to use it. And I’m assuming I would have to go to each county for the area I’m looking in individually? Or would one county have the information for surrounding areas?
