Hello BP members!

My name is Harsh(NOT AN ENGLISH WORD!) Garg and I am an investor from Corona, CA area. I have experience in San Diego, and Houston market(mostly single family homes). So far I have done 7 deals in last 5 years and it was a great learning experience. I brought my first condo in San Diego back in 2008, and since than almost a deal every year. I work full time in technology industry and my goal is to create 100k passive real estate income by Dec 2021. my goal is to retire in next 7 years.

I am looking for Fourplex(12% Cap rate or more) or multifamily investment(min 12% cap rate) within next 4 month. primarily in Florida, GA and TX area.  In order to achieve my goal I am aggressively looking to expand my portfolio(Rental properties) from 3 to 15 by Dec 2018.

I am here to connect, learn and build my network with other investors, and Real estate experts. This is an exciting place and I look forward to more discussions with all of you.

Thank You!

Harsh Garg(AKA Greg)
