I am operating as a sole member LLC in Georgia. Let's say the legal name of my LLC is "The Exploration Group, LLC". Can I simply put "Exploration Group" on checks or a business card, or do I have to list the entire name?

@Audrey Ezeh I would say converting to delta sky miles is the largest perk to be considered for me. Delta Platinum over Delta Reserve?

On top of that, I think they have a 1% back. My points are now at 100k. I’ve had the account for 7 months. I already got the annual fee back and more.

Yep as long as he can swing the $10k spending requirement in 3 months to get 50k points or $20k in 3 months for the full 75k then that's a fantastic option.

With the project I am doing I am sure to surpass both $10k and $20k marks in the first 3 months.

@Audrey Ezeh thanks for your reply. I am tied to Amex.

I am a single member LLC, or sole proprietorship. I have purchased a home, teamed up with a GC, and will be funding the rehab. The GC (who I trust) needs a card tied to this LLC business account for material spending. What Amex card is the best option? I have spoken with Amex who suggests the Business Gold card (list below), but I wanted to see what BP users suggested.

@Harry Williams, I have been using the House Flipping Spreadsheet for a couple of years now. It was developed by another BP member. It has sheets to calculate purchase price, create budgets, estimate costs, track expenses, manage schedules forecasting, track profit and reporting. I have found I don't need anything else for what I am doing at this point. It is definitely worth a look.

Thanks, Chris. Want to link it here?

Also, nice name.

Thanks! This seems to be a summary page for items. Am I missing pages used to record day-to-day expenses that this summary page pulls from?

@Simon W. @Aaron McGinnis Thanks guys. To be clear, I do have a CPA who does my taxes, including this LLC. I do not, however, have a bookkeeper for this project.

@Aaron McGinnis Thanks for your reply. Considering this is my first flip, would you still recommend outsourcing this?

Financing my first flip with a solid GC project managing start to finish. While I have the time to manage the backend accounting and organization of paperwork, what will a good bookkeeper take off my hands? I'd rather not file hours of paperwork if I don't have to.
