As a Gmail user, do you use Google Drive or Dropbox for file storage? Why?

Looking to purchase a 20-unit B class multi-family piece of real estate with a partner. We both have full-time jobs so our time will be limited. What type of management/maintenance should we plan for this type of operation?

Google makes this look WAY easy, but it's actually a pretty difficult problem to solve.

Our development team is working on a solution.

That is great to know! It would be a really nice addition to this awesome platform :)

@Account Closed Good points. What would also be really be nice is if the results could be tailored to my location as that is most likely more relevant to me than posts in "Colorado" or "New Jersey" for instance. That, and a more robust auto-complete/suggestion dropdown displaying popular podcasts, blog posts, forum questions etc. based on my query. All things that I kind of expect from a platform like this.

As a bonus, they could even sell more books and register more webinar attendees with these types of features.

While Bigger Pockets is an incredible resource, it could use better search functionality. I spend a lot of time searching for the great content on this platform and it would be nice if I could find what I'm looking for...faster. I understand that this might be a pricey endeavor, but I think it's something their entire userbase and Bigger Pockets would highly benefit from

Does anyone else agree?

@PJ M. thanks for your reply. I have set up the domain and individual emails. I will consider the general@ email as we grow.

I just started a multi-member investment company with a partner for multi-family acquisition. There are a total of 2 people involved. I am wondering how to structure our bank account as an organization. Right now, we have minimal expenses but will later on buy a domain, pay for Gmail Business ($6/mo), and pay a RE lawyer to draft an operating agreement, among other costs down the road.

Should we open a joint bank account to do business through and each deposit a small sum, say $1,000 each, to start for these joint expenses? The goal is for it to be as simple as possible.

I am starting a holdings company with a partner and we're looking to acquire our first multi-family property. In order to streamline and centralize communication, I am hoping to create a web domain and emails for us to use.

This is a bit of a trivial question, but I'm wondering if it would be recommended to create a general contact[at]companyname.com email that we both have access to or individual name.name[at]companyname.com for each partner.

Thanks
