Thanks Brian, you definitely touched on many of my concerns. The main concern I have however is turnover. The property is located within 3 miles of the local college so, renting to students might be possible. I will definitely keep the concerns you highlighted in mind as I move forward. 

So, I want purchase a single family home but rather than renting it out as a single family home, I want to rent out each room, my logic is; this would generate more income. I would love to get feed back.
