Im looking to buy my first home in hudson valley NY. Everything is pretty expensive here. Wondering if its not a good time to buy considering the all time highs the housing and stock market are currently at. Thankyou!

Hey everyone!

Just started listening in on bigger pockets podcast and thought id join the community! Little summary about me, I’ve been in the water treatment industry for 4 years now for a municipality in westchester county. I enjoy my work but im very interested in generating passive income through investing and renting properties. Ive been living at home saving up a nice down payment and now im weighing options. Im here to learn and hopefully be a successful investor. If there are any locals (poughkeepsie area) id love to have a chat and learn some from you guys.
