A few concerns I have are funding, as well as starting an LLC. I am definitely wanting to start an LLC, but my question is, do I need to create one prior to having my first deal, and will I be able to add previous properties to an LLC? I was also originally planning on paying for my first property with an FHA loan. My concern was that I want to do The BRRRR method, as well as house hack the first couple properties. Is getting a hard money loan for my initial property a wise choice, and where would be a good place to start in finding hard money loans? Thanks in advance, I appreciate any feedback!

Hello Everyone! First off I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who helps make this community so great. I am a new REI, my name is Harrison, and I am 20 years old. I work full-time, and am planning to buy my first property very shortly! I have listened to numerous BP podcasts, and am starting to read some of the many great books written by members of BP, but am just getting started on the forums. I'm so excited to continue to learn and someday help those that come after me! I plan to do long-term rentals (for the moment in-state) and short term-rentals out of state.
