Hello everyone!

My name is Harrison Niego and I am a 22 year old future real estate investor.  Currently, I'm a senior and will be graduating from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan this upcoming May with a finance degree.

As I am about to begin my career journey I have been reaching out to many different real estate investors asking them what tips or advice they have for someone young like myself. This is my first Bigger Pockets post, but is not my first experience with Bigger Pockets. Having read majority of the books and listened to a number of podcasts I feel like I have a pretty good start to learning the fundamentals, but am eager to learn more.

Bigger Pockets community, I was wondering if you, an investor further down the line, could go back to when you first invested and shared any words of advice with your younger self what would they be?

Thank you for all of the help!

Happy New Year!

Harrison Niego
