Sorry I missed it. I'm new to BiggerPockets and just saw your post. Do know of any of the types of online resources I'm talking about for finding houses, or are you saying it's more face-to-face, @Theresa W.?

Hi all,

I have been investing in Dallas since 2012 and recently moved to Denver. I'm trying to get a feel for the market and the resources investors use out here to find contacts and deals. In Dallas, there is a great website called MyHouseDeals.com, where wholesalers list off-market properties. Is there anything equivalent in Denver? To my surprise, there is no MyHouseDeals in Denver yet.

Any advice or information you might have will be much appreciated. Thanks!
