THANK YOU, very helpful info... hopefully the income would cover the maintenance??, im still trying to get realistic numbers during winter and summer in order to cover mortgage and maintenance....

@David Olsen Jr.... Thank you for the info, i am curious about the winter as well since im trying to optimize , i might be over thinking since it would be my first property, didnt know about the roofs yearly maintenance but im sure that salt water damages alot too...

Hi, im thinking of using a FHA to purchase a 3 family property in seaside heights 2 blocks from the beach (450,000), living in one and renting the other 2, any advise anyone can provide??, is this a good place during winter as well?? I would be moving here as well because i just got a new great Job opportunity in Brick NJ,
