I need a real estate attorney in the state of Alabama that is preferably in Montgomery so I won't have to travel much and one that I can get a free consultation. regarding the legality of assignment contracts in wholesaling and what to do and what not to do. I have a few questions and concerns so does anyone know of a good one close to Selma Alabama I'd very much appreciate the information.

So I want to start wholesaling houses but I don't have money to be buying a house and I learned that I can use contract assignments to make money without having to buy a house but in some states its illegal and some its legal. So I read on a article on biggerpockets that I should seek a real estate attorney and ask them if its legal in my state. another bigger pockets member said that I should contact Alabama State Bar. I'm just looking for advice on what I should do

I worded that wrong in some states I've read from articles that in wholesaling is illegal and you can't assign a contract to another person in some states and it said that I should talk to a attornery to find out if that's legal in my state to be absotutely sure if it is

Hello I was reading about wholesaling and how to start and I found that one of the things I should do is talk to a attorney about the legality of things that involve wholesaling. See I have a few questions and concerns and I want know should I go to regular attornery or a real estate one and where can I find a real estate attorney in near Selma Alabama that's where I live
