Hey Everyone,

I know people might be thinking right now what a stupid question, this guy wants to be in real estate. Never gonna make it!

Anyways, I am confused about equity i have an idea but I keep hearing and reading different things. So I don't really know what it is and why i should be looking at this when i am wholesaling?

Thanks in advance.

@Jaren thanks man that's a great idea.

@Bryan L., yes that's what i am talking about. I guess i am confused about how you sign your name on a purchase and sell agreement, and then give that agreement to someone else.

How do you sign for it but yet someone else closes on it?

As far as the land market here in Snohomish county I have seen a lot of the land properties out here being bought of and getting built on. So I would say that it is a good market right now, but I'm not a pro yet.

Hey Jerry thanks for the info.

The reason that I am interested in in doing Tax liens in these other states right now is because the auctions here in WA are held at the end of the year. So I either wait or try to find other sources of income. Another reason why I am looking for income in other states is because I was participating in the ************** auctions, which a lot of the west coast states hold their auctions at is getting over populated and the homes are being sold at market value.

So I am trying to find other ways I can make this work.

Do you feel like I am making the right move?

Looks like you have a lot of experience in this type of real estate and I would really appreciate your input on this.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Everyone,

My name is Carlos and I've been in RE for a couple of months now and have hit a slump. I started my journey on RE by focusing on tax sales and I hope to master this technique before I move on to my next endeavor. My goal is to eventually depend on RE for financial security. I also love to have projects so a dream of mine would be to have house projects that I can fix up little by little. I hope to make good friends and connections here.

Cheers!
