Thank you Anne, I see that both you and Jon are Hard Money lenders. Do you finance 100% ? As mentioned I don't have the initial funds to make my first purchase. How would one go about this?

Thank you John. Actually I was thinking of doing a transaction of that nature and wanted to get a few thoughts on the subject. I don't have a large chunk of money to put down on my first transaction and thought this would be a viable solution. I personally don't mind giving up 1-2 percent on something that would bring in my first deal. Just trying to get my feet wet.

I realize short sales are a challenge however would give me time to sell within the 90 days of their getting approvals.
