We'll meet with an investor who is in process rehabbing a home.  We'll learn from her about her repairs, her estimates, discuss options, learn how to better arrive at accurate estimates for repairs.  We'll also network and meet some other investors in Volusia County, Florida.

We meet virtually, by way of Zoom these days.  Still the 1st Monday at 6:30 p.m.  We also meet for a Repair Estimate gathering on the 3rd Saturday at 9:00 a.m.

Our October 5th meeting will feature a mortgage broker with inside tips on how to talk with a lender in order to get the best deal available.
