Yes. I am definetly interested in that area. There are definetly some good deals in that location. That is one of the few places I have not invested in for Colorado.

And Patrick, I mainly invest in the Denver metro area and the west side of Colorado but have definetly been looking at deals up in Fort Collins as well as down in Colorado Springs.  I am looking for anyone in any area who would like to connect though. In Colorado or outside of Colorado.
