Appreciate the wealth of information on this site and from experienced investors.  I am just starting to get my feet wet in buy and hold investing.  

Does anyone have experience with SFR in University City? How easy are they to rent? Areas to avoid? Welcome your thoughts.

Anyone investing in single family homes in this area?  I am looking at this area because it is about half way between my home and work and the neighborhoods seem fairly stable, decent school district, lots of small homes.  I am looking to buy and hold.  Any thoughts, advice?
