To whom it may concern; 

My wife and I are looking to make our first investment in the real-estate market within the Greater Toronto Area. 

Ideally, we would like our first investment to be a flip project, and looking for a team to partner with us through this venture. Trying to break ground by end of Q1 or beginning of Q2 (yes, I understand it’s an aggressive timeline, but we don’t want to be complacent either). 

Background on us, we both are corporate working professionals with extensive experience in Finance and Marketing. We saved up sufficient liquid capital and now we want our money to work for us.

My wife and I work corporate jobs in finance and marketing.

We’re looking to rent properties in the greater Alberta region and post on Airbnb in hopes of generating modest short-term rental income.

I understand the importance of maintaining the property's integrity and ensuring the safety of the surrounding community. My wife and I will take all necessary precautions to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.

Do any of you know of landlords and/or property groups that allow for this? If you/they have any specific requirements, conditions, or concerns related to the subletting arrangement, please let me know, and I am more than willing to address them. I am also open to discussing this matter further at their convenience.

Hello - my wife and I are looking into investing in the USA. States that we’re interested are AZ, TX, FL, CO, and SC. Need advice and help with financing in FL or TX. Any help/ guidance ?
