@Jon Klaus I am not sure if this is the way to reply but I cannot find any instructions so I am doing what I hope is correct :). Jon I sold that house on the water in a suburb called Harbor Beach in Fort Lauderdale for just short of $7million. What a beautiful home and a good couple from New Jersey now call it home.

Hi everyone, What a great site. I tried house flipping. I currently manage 8 multifamily unit properties and a fabulous Strip mall in Fort Lauderdale Florida and would like to try my hand at managing my own but I'm not yet confident enough to invest in my own. I'm not sure how much information you want to read. I also sell high end Luxury Real Estate and recently sold a beautiful home in harbor beach.

I'm looking forward to reading and hearing all the advice you have to give. Venessa Redman :)
