The best way is to get the properties that sold in the last 6 months, with the type of properties you want (Single Family House, Duplex etc), the mortgage is 1st mortgage. Then go to options on build a list and click absentee owned and include Corporate-owned Properties too and those could be cash buyers also! Hope I helped
