Hello @Jonathan Greene,

This is a great advice, I’ve heard this many times while listening on podcast that this is a relationship business. Learning from others that have a similar experience or have been through this, would open my mind and understand how things work and don’t work. I also appreciate about your concern, thank you so much!

Hello Jonathan, everyone has been helpful since I posted. There’s a lot of recommendations on what to do and I appreciate every recommendations I could get to enhance my knowledge and skills.

I like the idea of doing meetups, and connect with people who’s been to the business for quite sometime.

Thank you again!

@Paul De Luca

Hey Paul,

Thank you so much for this recommendation. I would definitely take a look on it. Currently, I'm listening on BP podcast and reading here and there some forums and blogs.

@Kerlous Tadres

Hey Kerlous, first of all thank you for taking some time to reply on my post. How is your first rental property going? What challenges you've experienced since you became a landlord?

I want to jump right in the multifamily property but there's not a deal in my opinion, then I was thinking buying a single family and rent it out (either 1 year after being a resident or pay 20% as DP) which I think there's a potential.

I'm learning by listening to BP podcast and reading some of the blogs and forums and would love to learn more from BP community.

Hi everyone! My name is Hanzel, and I’m new to real estate investing. I’m eager to learn the ropes, connect with experienced investors, and share my journey along the way. My current focus is on acquiring a multi-family as rental property and I’m open to any advice or recommendations for beginners. Looking forward to contributing and growing in this community!
