Does anyone know if it's legal to rent my second bedroom on airbnb in my apartment I'm renting to save up for a down payment on a house ? I'm in Ohio not sure if state laws differ from state to state .. thanks in advance for any replies ..

This may be a dumb question but ... Trying to get a loan for a 9 property portfolio.. can you get the loan on 2 or 3 of the homes to cover the purchase price or how does that work ? Any info appreciated just starting out so not quite sure on how to tackle that situation..

Hi Andrew Fidler ... would like to find one in either maumee , Sylvania or I know there is a lot of duplexes around franklin park mall/ Westland shopping center now I guess.. I would like to get one that needs some work so I'd like to stay under 100k .. I've seen a few on Trulia for 150k-200 but like I've been reading I should try to stay at 60-65% of market value .. am I correct on that ?
