Paul and Ayodeji thanks for the warm welcome and the tips! Yes, sometimes it all feels overwhelming but as I take a bird's-eye view I realize I've come far in only a few weeks. So, yes, I'm reading, I'm listening to the BP podcasts, and I've joined a few REI meetup groups. All this feels like a blizzard of new information (and living in NYC and running the numbers on most properties here...ugh) but effort, dedication, persistence and continuing to get out of my comfort zone are all key. Good to be here!

Welcome Chaz. I'm a newbie as well and still learning (podcasts, RE math). And Jesse I understand about the Paralysis by Analysis...especially in New York City! Not quite the same here as in many other parts of the country.

Greetings all...excited to be here...BiggerPockets is such a fantastic resource. I'm learning and learning and am interested in warehouses/industrial properties. Not so sure I want to "start" in NYC, maybe "start" elsewhere (east coast?) and then, after learning, continue in NYC. Dunno yet...
