Hello Savannah. I want to start with the BRRRR strategy. Class B - Class C, anywhere in GA would be ideal but open to anywhere to invest. Single homes, duplexes and multi-family property is what I'm looking for.

Vine City has high crime rate, so it's a no. College park and West End is a maybe.

Hi Jaycee, Thanks for your post. My wife and I are creating our 1st buy box but it's not ready yet. It would be ideal to do BRRRR in GA first, since we live in Atlanta, GA. But we are open to anywhere near GA as well. Somewhere close to GA would be good to commute, in case if we have to make a travel to see the actual property. We are looking for Class C to Class B, distressed property (hopefully type-2)but any distressed, undervalued property to rehab so we can rent out.

I’m excited to be here and meet new people, learn about real estate investing, and hopefully share some success stories down the road! I’ve been listening and soaking up knowledge about real estate for a while now, and I’m pumped to dive deeper into new strategies.

For the past 10+ years, I’ve been running a wholesale business in ATL. I’m married, and my wife and I have a 5-year-old son who keeps us on our toes! Both of us work full-time, but I’ve always been interested in building financial freedom through real estate.

I agree with what everyone has said above. I live in Suwanee, Atlanta, and commute to work in Alpharetta. I'm a rookie investor currently researching the ATL market for potential BRRRR opportunities. My capital has been ready for about a year now, but I'm still trying to figure out exactly where to invest within ATL.

I'm specifically looking for Class B properties with strong cash flow potential for a BRRRR strategy, but honestly, it's been a bit overwhelming to narrow it down.
