Hi guys,

we are a South African based commercial real estate investment company looking to expand in the Orlando FL area. Looking at acquiring commercial deals between $2mil and $2.5mil (suburban office, industrial, gas station in good locations).

Looking to connect with brokers and financial institutions/mortgage brokers that offer non-recourse financing for foreign nationals.

Kind regards, Hanro

Hi everyone, my name is Hanro. I'm a professional property investor (in RSA), coach and also the CFO of a commercial real estate investment fund. I'm new to the forums. I'm based in South Africa but used to work in DC back in 2014 (miss the states :) )

I'm now looking to expand/diverse my South African portfolio by investing in first world countries i.e. USA, UK, etc.

I'm exploring 'subject to' deals due to the restrictions on foreign investors. Looking forward to learning a ton from everyone. Big fan of the podcast and books!

Kind regards, Hanro
