I had an issue with a contractor now fulfilling obligation on time. They still need to complete the unit, and I want to sell the unit, but I have already finished payment, so have little choice but to wait for them to complete the job. Very frustrating.

Cost reduction. Better budgeting. All comes down to personal discipline really.. Are you willing to ride the bus to work, or do you feel you need to drive?

I am terrible for cutting my grass! Always forgetting, can never find a good gardener. For that reason I would go with turf.

Hi, I have concerns that my investment isn't clearing quickly enough that I cannot use the sale amount as seed capital to finance my next investment. What tips/tricks are there to closing your sales more quickly so you can use the capital to fund your next project?

I have never seen the deferred monthly payments, I would assume that would only relate to construction loans? I expect you will be faced with monthly loan payments for any standard loan type. Isn't the seed capital usually only referring to the down payment?
