Very good points. The lenders I spoke with wanted me to have skin in the game. Good luck Jodi. Keep us posted on your progress

I have looking for a decent rental opportunity for last couple months.  This weekend i came across a sfr that is selling for $50,000. Unit is currently rented for $900 and tenant wants to stay. In talking with owner he is willing to owner finance. Just wants to get out from it, including owner finance.  I would appreciate any advice on how to handle this deal from here.  Looking for creative ideas? Thanks in advance.

Thanks! I will keep them in mind!

Hi Hank,

I don't specifically know a lender in CFL who offers portfolio lending. However, there are a few lenders outside (no brick and mortar locations) of CFL who offer portfolio financing for properties in FL. Is there a specific reason why the portfolio lender needs to be located in CFL?

Thanks for the response.  I was\looking for someone local to establish a face to face relationship with.  I appreciate the feedback!
