Hello everyone,

Does anyone know where I could find a good personal or business loan? I am looking for 175k total either one loan or it can be 3 separate loans split between 3 persons.  It's for a manufacturing business located in California. I need at least a 24 month term to pay back! I was hopping someone could lead me in the right direction!

 I appreciate any feed back!

Does anyone own property in Lawton Oklahoma? Just wondering if this a good rental market to buy and hold? The only thing I can see is the presence of military base? Thanks for your comments!

I am looking to buy my 1st SFR I have been researching 3 areas

Milwaukee Wisconsin, Indiana, & Oklahoma  I have about 50k to start no sure how or best way  to get started buying from wholesaler homes already rented or buying something to fix then rent out??. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
