Hi! Yes I own an apartment in Porto's city center that I rent out on Airbnb (I do mid-term).  It's been about 3 years (going on 4).  I live in the US full-time and visit a couple times a year.  Let me know what I can help with!

Hello!! I'm an American but I own 2 properties in Porto. I live in CA

full time so only go to Portugal every few months. I have no interest

in Golden Visas or the likes. One of the houses is a mid-term rental in

the city center (Faria Guimaraes) and the other is in Espinho. I'm

rehabbing the Espinho property so it's considered a flip, I guess. It's

basically a ruined farm house with 3 structures. It's in the very

beginning stages (still talking to the arquitect/engineer firm. Was

wondering if there's anyone on here who has flipping experience in

Portugal that I can learn from and bounce things off of. I think

there's still a lot of room in the country to do this successfully and

where the locals can also benefit. If anyone knows of a group, please

share! Thanks!!
