To all NZ based investors , I have some deals currently through my pipeline (mainly in Auckland). At the moment I am tossing up whether to go ahead or just wait for a couple of months, I am just afraid of missing out on some amazing potential.

Will it be safer to wait a couple of months post COVID before pursuing these ? More specifically house flipping , rehab and holds and in some cases wholesaling.

If you are an Auckland based investor (or any market) what are your plans/ or what are you going to be doing ?

I have only just discovered this website and it has been amazing , I truly spend more time on this than any other social media platform.

I have been looking for a local investors club / forum / thread with no luck so far. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I am an Auckland based investor, niche is small single and multi family homes. Finding deals to either flip / or long term rent. I have found some amazing deals in the past that I wanted to pass on to a fellow investor , however I did not know anybody..... until now!!

I have close contacts in the council and I work with some agents I really trust and I would love to network.
