Hi there, I have been going back and forth between using Batch Dialer and Mojo Dialer. I can't tell which one I like more because they both have something to offer that the other doesn't...

My question is, however, for those who are using Mojo Dialer, where do you get your caller ID Number from?

How important is social media as a tool in your investing? What platform do you use most? What connections have you made, deals have you found, or money have you raised by using social media?

Or how unimportant is social media to you? Why haven’t you incorporated it into your investing strategies?

Someone recommended to me the other day to go to Lowe’s or HomeDepot to network with contractors.

What are some of your favorite strategies for meeting these professionals? What has worked best for you?

Bonus points in any one has any insight on Clarksville, TN contractors/connections! 🙂🙂

@Krystal Marquez

Not sure how you feel about this- but I would definitely look into creative strategies! It can/ will save you a ton of money, requires no credit, and can literally be no money down and 0% interest if the deal is structured that way! I see you mentioned wholesaling. This will provide you with those leads for creative financing if you’re marketing/prospecting. Just educate yourself about the abundance of ways to get creative! Then you can decide if this avenue would be suitable for you😊. I’d be happy to share my resources/ knowledge with you if you have any questions!

Best of luck!

Hey everyone! My husband and I moved to Clarksville two years ago. We recently learned how awesome the real estate market was here and decided to begin investing. We purchased our first rental in March this year. With interest rates so low and rental rates going up we acquired a nice cash flow. Who else is investing in this rapidly growing market? What lessons have you learned? Are you local or out of state? Look forward to connecting with everyone! 🏠🤗

@Daniela Andreevska thank you for your response! I think what we are going to do is purchase a home to live in, instead of renting, as well as invest in a property out of state. I just really can’t stand the idea of renting any longer, feels like I’m just giving my money away when I could be at least putting my money into an asset I own. We have quite a bit of reserves we have been saving for this, so might as well do both! Thank you again for taking the time to respond, and for that information about Chattanooga
