Hi guys!

How did you go about getting your "team" together when you first stared out? and who is in your team?

Im looking to buy a fixer-upper and then rent it out. Im not quite sure where to start! Any suggestions would be great!

Hi!

I am brand new at this wholesaling/realestate thing. When you find properties you want to put an offer on that aren't for sale, how do you approach the owner of said property? Any ways you found that work best?
