My name is Haim Halfon, I’m a part of a real estate investment group. We are looking to invest in Cleveland, Ohio. We are currently researching Cleveland and we would like to get input on the area.

Our kind of strategy is flips. Which neighborhoods in Maple Heights, Lorain, GARFIELD HEIGHTS, EUCLID, AKRON do you think are good for such a strategy?

We are currently looking for a Single Family house 3 bedroom 2 ba with at list 1000SQF with an asking price up to 100K (all in - with some flexibility).

Which neighborhoods do you think are good to start?

Those are some pretty good spots since they all have point of sale (except Akron). Point of sale is good for flippers because your buyer base doesn't typically have the resources to assume any point of sale violations and make the escrow payment etc....So you taking care of all that is a big opportunity.
