Hi guys,

I manage a multi-family building in Baltimore, Md. There's a 500 sqft commercial space with a bathroom in the front of the building that doesn't really payoff to rent out due to the costs associated with it. What kind of tenant amenities can i implement there to attract a better crowd of renters?
