Hey Forum, to make this short I am an 18 year old nursing student from Windsor Ontario! I have been studying real estate investing since I was 16. I have also found a mentor (My aunt) and we always talk about real estate investing. I have watched Youtube videos on Robert Kiyosaki, Bigger Pockets, and Dave Ramsey as well as listen to the podcasts! I have also purchased many books from Robert Kiyosaki and regularly read the forums on this site

Some of my plans are to achieve my masters degree in nursing, start a small business, and start a real estate investing company! I am currently teaching myself accounting, law, and business on my spare time. I have a drive to constantly learn. The only thing holding me back is money and not much ''real world experience''. I know that I will have negotiating power after I am done school as nursing is a job in demand and has many benefits!

For now I am recommending many of my friends to start studying real estate investing and to join this site as a starting point. It's actually to the point now where if someone my age is interested in real estate, they are quickly directed to me for advice!

I would like to know what the titans of this forum think, as you guys are much older then me and have tons of experience! (Keep in mind I am only 18)
