I have a question pertaining to the legality of wholesaling, bandit signs, direct mail marketing in the metro area of Albuquerque and surrounding areas.. What resources can I look into to find out the laws regarding those marketing strategies? Or if someone can advise me to cut the middle man out.

Thank you all for a warm welcome. I look forward to growing from this vast knowledge pool. I have learned so much already just within the past 36 hours than in the previous year. I look forward to attending the next REIA meeting and making connections. Thank you all!

Hello all who sees this.

My name is Haasim and I am originally from NYC currently living in a city that borders Albuquerque, New Mexico named Rio Rancho. I am a beginning Investor that is currently "driving for dollars" learning all that I can about wholesaling properties which will allow me to pursue other passive income opportunities in the near future. Rehabbing, short sales, lease options and many other exit strategies in order to help as many people that I can, while making a profit. I'm not greedy nor altruistic, I'm just like most who want a better life for their loved ones.
