Hi!!! I was wondering if there any brokers who have utilized a "subject too" strategy to obtain property. Also if have real estate licence did your broker still allow you to utilize this strategy.

Thanks,

Hagen

The current owner took title as a single family stick built home, so they never had a vin, the bank used creative financing and and there is no vin on the loan documents either. I have tried all the usual resources with out any luck.

I need some info on finding a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on a mobile home that was built prior to 1978. I have checked all the normal spots for the VIN and i have been unable to locate it. The county record was purged in 1990 of all information on it. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Hagen

I have the same question as well. I have looked at some condo-tels here in Co, I have found financing can be a challenge. I am also looking in Daytona Beach Fl as well. It does seem that it is almost to good to be true, however the deal may work if I am 100% cash or owner financing. Any other hang ups?

Thanks,
