Thank John/Alec,

My roofer was actually scheduled to come a few days before the Milton to replace the roof. Now I ended up with the leaking ceiling right before the roof replacement.

After the roof being replaced(this week). I have to fix the ceilings - apparently this would be out of my pocket since it is hurricane damage.

Just don't know what kind of contractor I should be looking for, drywall/ceiling repair or I need to call water mitigation contractor first to have the ceiling dried first

Milton certainly did some damages to my rentals in Orlando. Two of my rentals have some leaking from the ceiling in the rooms and don't see much actual damages on the roof itself.

How do folks make the ceiling dry and fix it?
