Any New York members that want to mentor, let me know. I am a real estate agent with access to many REO's. Just need a little help to start- 50/50 split on any deals. Mr_Investor guy -that has an invalid website and trying to get a deal going- lighten up @#$%*&!~ I'm new to the site

Has anyone used this John Alexander system? I am a member and would like an experienced investor to do some deals with.Supposedly you can flip reo's and shortsales with their investor funds. Please look at my site and tell me what you think. Thanks
