Hi Igor,

My name is Greg and I am new to real estate but looking to jump in wherever I can. Although I lack experience, what I can offer is my time and energy. My schedule is flexible and I'm very much willing to learn as much as I can. I have a warm and friendly personality so I do not shy away from talking over the phone or meeting face to face with a client. Hey everyone, 

My name is Greg Vinn and I'd like to introduce myself to the community. I've been lurking around the site for a few months and after listening to a few dozen podcasts I decided I was doing myself a disservice not posting on the forums. 

A little bit about myself, I'm a 23 year old guy living in the city of Chicago. I just recently signed up for my brokers license courses and I'm looking to begin my lifetime relationship with real estate. My goals are to collect income properties for passive cash flow while running a real estate business that wholesales properties as well as fix and flips.
