@Josh Mitchell

Thanks for your reply! Fortunately, I am currently employed, so I can begin to start saving. I appreciate the advice regarding the 401K.

Hello All,

I am a recently graduated college student with a newfound interest in real estate investment. Looking to learn all I can. Living in Chicago currently.

Mainly, I am looking for advice relevant to how I can start saving intelligently so that I may begin investing in real estate as soon as possible. Any and all advice is welcome.

Thanks

Grant

Hello All,

My name is Grant and I am a recently graduated college student (23 years old) who has just moved to Chicago only a few days ago. Shortly after graduation, I read Rich Dad Poor Dad. Ever since, I have been very intrigued by the world of real estate investment.

Two of the main questions I hope to answer in the coming months are as follows:

1. How can I best start saving my money right now to set myself up to invest in real estate down the road? What else can I do besides throwing my money into a savings account or my 401K? Currently, I have very little financial stability.

2. How can I best increase my education about how to invest in real estate? I've started listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast and it has been extremely enlightening.

Thanks! Looking for any advice.

Grant
