 Thanks for looking over the numbers and its a quadplex do the numbers still show that its a good deal? I went conservative on the rent estimate but im about to call property managers so they could give me more of an accurate rent price.

Does this look right? I plan on paying 0% interest and 0% down payment and pay 450 a month for 15 years on seller finance and will be living on one side until I find another small multifamily I can do seller finance with. It cash flows 675 a month once both sides get rented out.
