Hi @Paul Sverdlin I'm also starting into RE but all my research was focused in US market. Me and my wife are in this step of getting to know how much loan we can get with a bank to buy here in Ontario. I was wondering if you would recommend and know any "Hard Money Lenders" or private lenders in Ontario?
