Hi I am new to bigger pockets forum and new to real estate investing.  I recently bought a three family in Boston MA. I am looking to renovate it. I hired an architect who does not have enough experience and knowledgeable and thinks the plans will go to variance as we are finishing the basement . I know that is not true as told by two other architects.  I need help to find a good architect firm which can provide recommendations to my current architect regarding plans and in addition help me with the review, recommendations and  negotiation of contract with the contractors as this is my first project. If they can help with project management, I d be happy to avail that service depending on cost. Some contractors have placed bids. Thanks so much
