Yes, I agree. I read David's BRRRR but have yet to read the other one. I agree with you regarding property manager and it's difficult to find one who is trustworthy. That being said, do you have anyone who you could refer me to? I would be happy to connect and see if there is anything to do help in return. Thank you!!

I am a complete newbie to the real estate investing world and looking for advice on how to search for properties. I am meeting with an agent as well next week, but i think getting an input from other investors would be great as well. I am currently located in Southern Illinois, and I am looking to invest in either Saint Louis or Chicago suburbs. If anyone can provide me with any insight on particular area of either city where investing would be healthy, I’d appreciate it.
