Hello,

I am new to the Miami real estate market but not new to real estate as a former Commercial Real Estate Underwriter.  I would like to get my Florida real estate license quickly and effectively before the end of the year. I would like recommendations on the following:

1. online or in person course?

2. companies you recommend for taking the class (preferably in or around Miami Beach)

3. which brokers provide the best support and training for continuing education (where to hang my license and practice)?

4. any tips on how to pass the exam on the first try and other tips?

Thank you in advance for your feedback!

Hey @GiGi Lindberg! I used FLRealEsateSchool.  They sent out a study book with pretty much every question that was on the test.  You can do this- it's an amazing avenue and life-changing, depending on the effort YOU want to put into it!! Good Luck! I am in Panama City Beach, let me know if you have any questions!

Napoleon thanks so much for your recommendations.  I will review them and let you know. Cheers, GiGi Lindberg

 Hi Gigi,

I had a good experience with Tampa’s School of Real Estate Livestream Online. It is like being in the classroom.

Regarding brokerages to hang your license, it really depends on your goals. I found mine by networking with other real estate agents and asking their experience. I am an active real estate investor and wanted training to really learn how to do this, etc.

For tips, to pass the test the first time read the material and study a lot focused on passing. I took Magnolia’s Cram course too.

Feel free to connect if you have more questions. I am in Pembroke Pines and always look forward to expanding my network.

Thank you so much Ivonne! I will look into your recommendations. I will reach out and connect. I look forward to expanding my network here! Cheers, GiGi
